What if emails are sent beyond the plan limit?
Your emails will still be delivered depending on how far over the plan is. Emails may be slightly delayed but the better your sending reputation the more leeway provided. If overages continue you may be contacted to upgrade your plan.
Is there telephone support for WP Email Delivery?
We do not offer telephone support. In our experience, the written record created by a text-based ticketing system solves problems efficiently and effectively, and archives those solutions for future reference in a way that telephone conversations cannot.
I’ve purchased WP Email Delivery. How do I find my license key(s)?
Your license key was sent to your purchase email immediately after you completed your purchase. If you have misplaced your license key and need to find out what it was you can do that easily. Select the "Your Account" link in the menu then login. Your license key information is listed at the very top of the page.
How many sites are WP Email Delivery license keys for?
WP Email Delivery license keys can be used on an unlimited number of sites. The only limit is per month sending volume of the license key.
With WP Email Delivery, do I get support?
Absolutely! You’ll have immediate access to our technical support staff through the Your Account page on the WP Email Delivery website. In addition, you'll be able to email support directly using the support email address that you will be given upon purchase.
How do I get the WP Email Delivery plugin?
Our plugin is listed on WordPress.org and can be installed directly from the WordPress Dashboard. Just search for WP Email Delivery.
White Label & Multisite
Currently the WP Email Delivery plugin doesn't support white labeling but it may in the future. If interested please contact help@wpemaildelivery.com
The WP Email Delivery plugin does support multisite. Just network activate WP Email Delivery and it will work for your entire install.
